How do I place an order?
You can complete the attached form and place the form, along with your check for the total amount of your purchase in the box in the Band Hall. The box in the Band Hall is checked daily. You can also call or email the order to Beverly Stookey at (817) 370-2145 or (817) 551-8739 and then make arrangements to get the payment to her.
When will my order be placed?
The Scrip Coordinator will collect the orders through the week and place the order each Monday. There is a small shipping charge that is distributed among the members who are ordering; this is why we collect orders rather than placing them “on demand”.
How will I receive my Scrip?
The orders will be delivered to the Scrip Coordinator, who will then notify you of the arrival and arrange for distribution.
How is my student credited?
The form that is filled out has a space to indicate the name of the student whose is to be credited. Be sure that blank is filled out. If you call or email your order directly to the Scrip Coordinator, indicate the name of the student that is to be credited. The amount of funds earned on your order, less your percentage of the shipping charge will be used.
How long does it take to receive an order?
The order will be placed on Monday, and except for peak periods, the turnaround time is usually two days to ship. The company ships the order standard overnight so that an order placed Monday, should be received by the end of the week.
Occasionally, Great Lakes Scrip Center may temporarily run out of a particular certificate. When that happens, they will place the item on backorder and ship it with your next order. If you do not place your next order within 10 business days, GLSC will ship your backorder at that time. Unusually large or urgent backorders may be shipped earlier at their discretion.
